Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bold and Blessed Boutique. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 5 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging with tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Intimate or sanitary goods
• Customized or personal items
• Final Sale items

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
